Information on establishing the Aforti Collections S.A. subsidiary

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. (hereafter referred to as "Company")headquartered in Warsaw, would hereby like to announce, that onSeptember 5, 2016 it set up a new subsidiary, Aforti Collections S.A.,headquartered in Warsaw. The company, before the registration date, willtake over 1,000,000 series A shares valued at PLN 1.00 each, and a totalvalue of PLN 1,000,000.00 The shares taken of by the company willcomprise 100% of the capital stock and the total vote count. AfortiCollections S.A. will provide debt collection services, the purchase ofpackages of receivables and encashment collections. The founding ofAforti Collections S.A. is one goal of the new strategy adopted by theCompany board on July 14, 2016, which was announced in the Company'scurrent report no 25/2016 dated July 14, 2016.
