Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Grupy Kapitałowej AFORTI – wrzesień 2025 r.

Zarząd AFORTI Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka", "Emitent") niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Grupy Kapitałowej AFORTI za wrzesień 2025 roku.

1) Wymiana walut na platformach online

Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut we wrześniu 2025 r. wyniosła ok. 41,26 mln PLN oraz była niższa o 0,76% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku.

W ujęciu narastającym, po dziewięciu miesiącach 2025 roku łączna wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut osiągnęła poziom ok. 390,95 mln PLN, co oznacza spadek o 52,49% rok do roku.

2) Zlecenia windykacyjne

Wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych we wrześniu 2025 r. wyniosła ok. 26,25 mln PLN oraz była niższa o 9,25% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku.

W ujęciu narastającym, po dziewięciu miesiącach 2025 r. wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych osiągnęła poziom ok. 228,74 mln PLN, notując spadek o 20,71% rok do roku.

3) Łączna sprzedaż

We wrześniu 2025 r. łączna wartość sprzedaży w Grupie Kapitałowej AFORTI wynosiła ok. 16,09 mln EUR i była niższa o 4,24% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku.

4) Łączna liczba klientów

We wrześniu 2025 r. łączna liczba klientów w Grupie Kapitałowej AFORTI wyniosła 7 790 oraz była wyższa o 1,4% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku.

The estimated operating and sales data for the AFORTI Capital Group - September 2025

The Management Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer") hereby publishes the estimated operating and sales figures of the AFORTI Capital Group for September 2025.

1) Currency exchange on online platforms

The trading value on the currency exchange platform in September 2025 amounted to approximately PLN 41,26 million and was 0,76% lower compared to the same period of the previous year.

On a cumulative basis, after a nine months of 2025, the total value of trading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN 390,95 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 52,49%.

2) Recovery orders

The nominal value of recovery orders in September 2025 amounted to approximately PLN 26,25 million and was 9,25% lower year-on-year.

On a cumulative basis, after the nine months of 2025, the nominal value of collection orders reached approximately PLN 228,74 million, registering a year-on-year decrease of 20,71%.

3) Total sales

In September 2025, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximately EUR 16.09 million, down 4.24% year-on-year.

On a cumulative basis, after the nine months of 2025, the total value of sales in the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR 147,74 million, an decrease of 44,29% year-on-year.

4) Total number of customers

In September 2025, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was 7.790 and was 1,4% higher than in the same period of the previous year.
