Theestimated operating and sales data for the AFORTI Capital Group -February2023

TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for February 2023.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in February 2023amounted to approximately PLN509.31million and was28.57%highercompared to the same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after a two months of 2023, the total value oftrading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN973.24million, representing ayear-on-year increase of38.18%.

2)Recovery orders

Thenominal value of recovery orders in February 2023 amounted toapproximately PLN90.26million and was75.80% higheryear-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the two months of 2023, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN165.78million,registering a year-on-year increase of33.70%.

3)Debt claims financed

InFebruary 2023, the value of financed receivables by AFORTI Factoramounted to approximately PLN0.85million and up132.82%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the two months of the current year AFORTIFactor financed a total of approx. PLN1.34million ofreceivables, recording an increase of27.45% year-on-year.

4)Total sales

InFebruary 2023, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximatelyEUR143.15_#160;million,up34.07%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the two months of 2023, the total value ofsales in the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR271.88_#160;million,an increase of37.50%year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InFebruary 2023, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was7.425and was10.34% higher than in thesame period of the previous year.
