TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for March 2023.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in March 2023 amountedto approximately PLN570.42million and was63.22%highercompared to the same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after a three months of 2023, the total value oftrading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN1543.66million, representing a year-on-year increase of46.49%.

2)Recovery orders

Thenominal value of recovery orders in March 2023 amounted to approximatelyPLN136.19million and was156.09%higher year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the three months of 2023, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN302.16million,registering a year-on-year increase of70.55%.

3)Debt claims financed

InMarch 2023, the value of financed receivables by AFORTI Factor amountedto approximately PLN0.66million and up179.71%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the three months of the current year AFORTIFactor financed a total of approx. PLN2.00million ofreceivables, recording an increase of55.21%year-on-year.

4)Total sales

InMarch 2023, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximatelyEUR168.62_#160;million,up75.55%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the three months of 2023, the total value ofsales in the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR440.55_#160;million,an increase of49.96% year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InMarch 2023, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was7.478and was9.94% higher than in thesame period of the previous year.
