Theestimated operating and sales data for the AFORTI Capital Group -April2022

TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A., based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital GroupforApril 2022.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thevalue of trading on currency exchange platforms in April 2022 amountedto approximately PLN 373.36 million and was 4.40% higher compared to thesame period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after four months of 2022, the total value oftrading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN1,427.14 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 10.36%.

Thenominal value of recovery orders in April 2022 amounted to approximatelyPLN 35.33 million and was 23.46% lower year-on-year.

Cumulatively,after four months of 2022, the nominal value of collection ordersreached approximately PLN 212.50 million, registering a year-on-yeardecrease of 21.61 %.

3)Debt claims financed

InApril 2022, the value of financed receivables by AFORTI Factor amountedto approximately PLN 0.42 million and was 80.86% lower year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after four months of the current year AFORTI Factorfinanced a total of

approx._#160;PLN 1.73 million ofreceivables, recording a reduction of 67.96% year-on-year.

4)Total sales

InApril 2022, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximatelyEUR 97.54 million, up 8.53% year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after four months of 2022, total sales in the AFORTIGroup reached approximately EUR 391.32 million, an increase of 12.07 %year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InApril 2022, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group amountedto 6,851 and was 11.51 % higher than in the same period of the previousyear.
