Theestimated operating and sales data for the AFORTI Capital Group -June2022

TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for June 2022.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in June 2022 amounted toapproximately PLN507.41million and was34.48%highercompared to the same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after six months of 2022, the total value of tradingon the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN2_#160;411.84million, representing ayear-on-year increase of18.53%.2)Recovery ordersThenominal value of recovery orders in June 2022 amounted to approximatelyPLN59.55million and was11.30% higheryear-on-year

Ona cumulative basis, after six months of 2022, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN395.19million,registering a year-on-year decrease of1.80%.

3)Debt claims financedInJune 2022, the value of financed receivables by AFORTI Factor amountedto approximately PLN0.22million and was down63.01%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after six months of the current year AFORTI Factorfinanced a total of approx. PLN2.34million ofreceivables, recording a reduction of66.41% year-on-year.

4)Total salesInJune 2022, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximately EUR135.22_#160;million,up40,28%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after six months of 2022, the total value of salesin the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR669,79million, anincrease of22.25% year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InJune 2022, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was6.984and was10.73% higher than in thesame period of the previous year.
