Theestimated operating and sales data for the AFORTI Capital Group -November2022

TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for November 2022.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in November 2022amounted to approximately PLN535.50million and was3,06%lowercompared to the same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after eleven months of 2022, the total value oftrading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN5_#160;054.84million, representing ayear-on-year increase of12.66%.

2)Recovery orders

Thenominal value of recovery orders in November 2022 amounted toapproximately PLN51.78million and was48.92% loweryear-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after eleven months of 2022, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN906.46million,registering a year-on-year increase of28.94%.

3)Debt claims financed

InNovember 2022, the value of financed receivables by AFORTI Factoramounted to approximately PLN0.36million and was down55.49%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after eleven months of the current year AFORTIFactor financed a total of approx. PLN4.21million ofreceivables, recording a reduction of54.53% year-on-year.

4)Total sales

InNovember 2022, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximatelyEUR140.10_#160;million,down1.55%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after eleven months of 2022, the total value ofsales in the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR1_#160;422,26million,an increase of26.11% year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InNovember 2022, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was7.293and was10.66% higher than in thesame period of the previous year.
