Theestimated operating and sales data for the AFORTI Capital Group -February2021

TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer") hereby provides to the publicthe estimated operating and sales figures of the AFORTI Capital Groupfor March 2021.1)Currency exchange on online platformsThevalue of trading on currency exchange platforms in March 2021 amountedto approximately PLN 439,315 thousand and was 364.13% higher compared tothe same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after three months of 2021, the total value ofturnover on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN954,957 thousand, an increase of 208.90% year-on-year.

2)Recovery ordersThenominal value of recovery orders in March 2021 was approximately PLN102,331 thousand. This represents an increase of 43.85 % compared to thesame period of the previous year.

Cumulatively,after three months of 2021, the nominal value of collection ordersreached approximately PLN 224,936 thousand, an increase of 85.67 %year-on-year.

3)Debt claims financedInMarch 2021, the value of financed receivables by AFORTI Factor amountedto approximately PLN 1,482 thousand and was 63.39 % lower than in thesame period of the previous year.

Incumulative terms, after three months of the current year AFORTI Factorfinanced a total of approx.PLN 3 177 thousand ofreceivables, down 61.83 % year on year.

4)Total salesInMarch 2021, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximatelyEUR 119.02 million, an increase of 213.02 % year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after three months of 2021, total sales in theAFORTI Group reached approximately EUR 259.30 million, an increase of161.28 % year-on-year.

5)Total number of customersInMarch 2021, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Capital Groupwas 6082.
