Theestimated operating and sales data for the AFORTI Capital Group -April2021

TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:"Company", "Issuer") hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for April 2021.

1)Currency exchange on online platformsThevalue of trading on currency exchange platforms in April 2021 amountedto approximately PLN 357.64 million and was 279.14% higher compared tothe same period of the previous year.Ona cumulative basis, after four months of 2021, the total value oftrading on the currency exchange platform reached approximately PLN1,293.15 million, an increase of 221.03% year-on-year.

2)Recovery ordersThenominal value of recovery orders in April 2021 amounted to approximatelyPLN 46.17 million and was 32.27 % lower than in the same period of theprevious year.Cumulatively,after four months of 2021, the nominal value of collection ordersreached approximately PLN 271.11 million, an increase of 43.20 %year-on-year.

3)Debt claims financedInApril 2021, the value of financed receivables by AFORTI Factor amountedto approximately PLN 2.21 million and was 35.79 % lower than in the sameperiod of the previous year.Cumulatively,after four months of this year AFORTI Factor financed a total of approx.PLN 5.39 million of receivables, a reduction of 54.21 % year on year.

4)Total salesInApril 2021, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximatelyEUR 89.87 million, an increase of 134.66 % year-on-year.Ona cumulative basis, after four months of 2021, total sales in the AFORTIGroup reached approximately EUR 349.17million,an increase of 153.87 % year-on-year.

5)Total number of customersInApril 2021, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Capital Groupwas 6,144.
