Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A. - styczeń 2019 r.

Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka", "Emitent") niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A za styczeń 2019 roku.

1) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Finance S.A. za styczeń 2019: W styczniu 2019 r. Aforti Finance S.A. udzieliła 20 pożyczek (spadek o 64,29% rok-do-roku) o łącznej wartości 2 844,08 tys. PLN, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2018 r. stanowi spadek o 36,52 procent. Wartość złożonych wniosków wyniosła 19416,98 tys. PLN, jest to wynik niższy o 32,72% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. W styczniu 2019 zostało złożonych 165 wniosków o pożyczkę, czyli o 40,43% mniej w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiaca 2018 roku.

2) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange S.A. za styczeń 2019: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w styczniu 2019 r. wyniosła 33 043,55 tys. EUR i była wyższa o 164,86% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku.

3) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. za styczeń 2019: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w Rumunii w styczniu 2019 r. wyniosła 12 347,03 tys. EUR, co stanowi wzrost o 1278,84% rok-do-roku.

4) Szacunkowe łączne dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange za styczeń 2019: Łączna wartość obrotu na platformach wymiany walut Aforti Exchange prowadzonych w Polsce oraz w Rumunii wyniosła w styczniu 2019 r. 45 390,59 tys. euro, co w porównaniu do tego samego okresu w roku poprzednim oznacza wzrost o 239,46%.

5) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Collections S.A. za styczeń 2019: Wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych w styczniu 2019 r. wyniosła 32 222,84 tys. PLN. Stanowi to wzrost o 2356,76% rok-do-roku. Liczba zleceń windykacyjnych wyniosła 4500 i była wyższa o 440,87% w porównaniu do stycznia 2018 r. Spółka we wskazanym miesiącu zawarła 1 umowę, czyli mniej o 85,71% niż przed rokiem.

6) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Factor S.A. za styczeń 2019: W styczniu 2019 r. wartość sfinansowanych wierzytelności przez Aforti Factor S.A. wyniosła 4 385,56 tys. PLN, czyli o 718,54% więcej niż rok wcześniej.

The estimated operational and sales data of subsidiaries Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. - January 2019

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer") headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public the estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. the Issuer's subsidiaries for January 2019

1) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A. for January 2019:

In January 2019 Aforti Finance S.A. granted 20 loans (decrease by 64,29%) with a total value of PLN 2 844.08 thousand, which is an decrease of 36,52% compared to the same month of 2018. The value of submitted applications amounted to PLN 19416.98 thousand and that is a result lower by 32.72% compared to the same period of the previous year. In January 2019, there were filed 165 loan applications, a decrease of 40.43% compared to the same month of 2018.

2) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange S.A. for January 2019: The currency exchange platform's turnover in January 2019 reached EUR 33 043.55 thousand and was higher by 164,86% compared to the same period of the previous year.

3) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. for January 2019: The value of trading on the currency exchange platform in Romania in January 2019 amounted to EUR 12 347.03 thousand, which is an increase by 1278.84% year-on-year.

4) The total estimated operational and sales data of Aforti Exchange for January 2019: The total value of trading on the currency exchange platforms of Aforti Exchange operated in Poland and in Romania in January 2019 amounted to EUR 45 390.59 thousand, which in comparison to the same period in the previous year means an increase of 239.46%.

5) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Collections S.A. for January 2019: Nominal value of debt collection commissions on January 2019 reached PLN 32 222.84 thousand. This is an increase of 2356,76% YoY. The number of recovery orders amounted to 4500 and was higher by 440,87% compared to January 2018. The company concluded one contract in the indicated month, which is a decrease by 85,71% year-on-year.

6) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Factor S.A. for January 2019: In January 2019 the value of receivables financed by Aforti Factor S.A. amounted to PLN 4385.56 thousand an that is an increase by 718,54% YoY.
