The estimated operational and sales data of subsidiaries Aforti FinanceS.A., Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., AfortiExchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. -July 2019

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer")headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public the estimatedoperational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti FinanceRomania IFN S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A.,Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. the Issuer's subsidiariesfor July 2019

1) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A.for July 2019:

In July 2019 Aforti Finance S.A. granted 13 loans (decrease by 66.67%)with a total value of PLN 2 173,13 thousand, which is a decrease of35.73% compared to the same month of 2018. The value of submittedapplications amounted to PLN 20 476,53 thousand and that is a resultlower by 59.08% compared to the same period of the previous year. InJuly 2019, there were filed 124 loan applications, what in relation tothe same month of 2018 is a reduction of 67.11%.

Cumulatively, after seven months of 2019, Aforti Finance SA granted 109loans (68.59% less YoY) with total value PLN 16 080,34 thousand and itis a decrease by 55.40% compared to 2018. In the period from January tothe end of July 2019, there were filed 952 loan applications with totalvalue PLN 147 722,84 thousand. The number of submitted applications wasreduced by 59.44%, and their total value by 49.77% in relation to thesame period in the previous year.

2) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance RomaniaIFN S.A. for July 2019:

In July 2019, Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. - an entity operating inRomania - has granted one loan to entrepreneurs. Its total valueamounted to RON 102,80 thousand. In addition, Romanian entrepreneurssubmitted 16 applications last month for a total amount of RON 3 378,65thousand.

At the same time, after seven months of this year the Company accepted30 loan applications with a total value of RON 6 114,66 thousand. Inthis time were granted 5 loans with total value of RON 579,55 thousand.

On 31/10/2018, the Company obtained a license of a non-banking financialinstitution (IFN) allowing it to start operating activities.

3) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange S.A.for July 2019:

The currency exchange platform's turnover in July 2019 reached EUR 36871,05 thousand and was higher by 93.71% compared to the same period ofthe previous year.

At the same time, after seven months of the 2019, the turnover reachedthe level of EUR 250 611,22 thousand, an increase of 91.09% year-on-year.

4) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti ExchangeRomania S.A. for July 2019 :

The value of trading on the currency exchange platform in Romania inJuly 2019 amounted to EUR 17 832,17 thousand which is an increase of251.69% in relation to July 2018.

In the period from January to the end of July 2019, Aforti ExchangeRomania S.A. recorded EUR 80 521,30 thousand of the total turnovervalue, which in comparison to the previous year is an increase of224.72%.

5) The total estimated operational and sales data of Aforti Exchange forJuly 2019:

The total value of trading on the currency exchange platforms of AfortiExchange operated in Poland and in Romania in July 2019 amounted to EUR54 703,23 thousand, which in comparison to the same period in theprevious year means an increase of 126.94%.

At the same time, cumulatively after seven months of 2019 the totalvalue of turnover reached the level of EUR 331 942,54 thousand and itincreased year-on-year by 112.34%

6) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti CollectionsS.A. for July 2019:

Nominal value of debt collection commissions on July 2019 reached PLN 31595,00 thousand. This is an increase by 6820.88% YoY. The number ofrecovery orders amounted to 8 866 and was higher by 110725.00% comparedto July 2018. The company concluded seven contracts in the indicatedmonth (higher by 75.00%).

Cumulatively, after seven months of 2019, the nominal value of the debtcollection orders amounted to PLN 272 123,11 thousand, which is anincrease by 2587,01% year-on-year. The number of orders also increasedby 3674.02% to 51 138. At the same time, the number of debt recoveryagreements concluded after the seven months of 2019, decreased by 8.70%to 42.

7) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Factor S.A. forJuly 2019:

In July 2019 the value of receivables financed by Aforti Factor S.A.amounted to PLN 4 020,65 thousand and was higher 88.73% than in theprevious year.

Further, after seven months current year, this value reached level ofPLN 24 907,18 thousand, recording an increase of 128.72% year-on-year.
