Registrationof the share capital increase of the subsidiary Aforti Exchange S.A.

The board of Aforti HoldingS.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer") headquartered in Warsaw herebyannounces to the public that on 12th March 2018 became aware about theregistration of the share capital increase of the subsidiary AfortiExchange S.A. ("Subsidiary", "Aforti Exchange ") by theDistrictCourt for Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the NationalCourt Registeron 12thMarch 2018.Afterregistration of the share capital increase, the share capital of theSubsidiary is PLN 10,500,000 and is divided into 10,500,000 shares.
