Acquisition of bonds of the Subsidiary Aforti Finance S.A.

The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered officeinWarsaw (hereinafter: "the Company", "the Issuer") hereby informs that on29th June 2018 the Issuer, for PLN 22,000,000.00 (PLN twenty twomillion), acquired 22,000 (twenty-two thousand) of Series I10subordinated bonds with a nominal value of PLN 1,000.00 each.

The bonds were issued through private placement through Aforti FinanceS.A. with its registered office in Warsaw - a subsidiary of the Issuer.
