Fabrity Holding S.A — Capital/Financing Update 2018

The Management Board of Emperia Holding S.A. ("Issuer"), based in Warsaw, announces that on 12 July 2018 was signed an annex to the Credits and Guarantees Agreement, which was described in Current Report No. 40/2017 on 26 June 2017. In accordance with the annex the maximum period of validity of the annex has been extended by 12 months.
