AFORTICapital Group development strategy for 2021 - 2023

TheManagement Board of Aforti Holding S.A. (hereinafter: "Company","Issuer") with its registered office in Warsaw, informs of the adoptionon 28 April 2021 Resolution No. 01/28/04/2028 of the Board of Directorsof the Company on the adoption of the document "AFORTI Capital GroupStrategy for 2021-2023" (hereinafter: "Strategy").

Theprimary objective of drawing up and adopting the Development Strategyfor the Capital Group for 2021-2023, headed by Aforti Holding S.A., isto set and expand the directions of its further operation,systematically increasing the scale and profitability of its operations,and, in the long term, building the Group's value for its shareholders.

Thebasic pillars of the Strategy are:

-debt collection segment

-company service platform - AFORTI.BIZ

-asset management segment

TheIssuer intends to develop the activity of its Capital Group by buildinga multi-product AFORTI.BIZ platform dedicated to small and mediumenterprises and micro companies, offering services such as currencyexchange, factoring, maintaining multi-currency accounts and currencytransfers. The functionalities of the AFORTI.BIZ platform will be basedon the EMI licence. The issuer plans to list AFORTI.BIZ on the LondonLSE through its UK based subsidiary Aforti PLC.

Usingthe AFORTI.BIZ platform, the Issuer plans to increase turnover tenfoldby the end of 2023, as well as increasing the number of clients.

Inorder to meet the expectations of AFORTI investors, the Issuer intendsto introduce a full product offering for managing clients' assets.

AfortiCollections' activities will be developed through the acquisition ofdebt portfolios and the expansion of the scale of debt servicing byorder.

TheIssuer intends to continue its territorial expansion into foreignmarkets through its presencein11 countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

TheIssuer strives to build the most transparent business structurepossible. One of the activities which will serve this purpose will bemaking the Capital Group's subsidiaries public. The Capital Group'sactivities are aimed at obtaining stable external institutionalfinancing in order to change the financing structure of its operations.

TheBoard of the Issuer notes that implementation of the above strategicobjectives of the Aforti Group may have an impact on its economic, assetand financial situation and on further prospects of its development.
