K. KYTHREOTIS HOLDINGS PUBLIC LTD

It is announced that the General Meeting, during the business of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held yesterday 27/06/2024, decided to approve the payment of dividend of €0.02 per share (11.8% of the nominal value of the share) as the Board of Directors' proposal.

The proposed Record Date is Friday 12/07/2024. The Record Date will include transactions finalised by the end of the trading session of Wednesday 10/07/2024. The Company's shares will therefore trade cum dividend until 10/07/2024 and will thereafter trade ex-dividend as of 11/07/2024. Beneficiaries include investors following offfloor transactions finalised (entered in the Dematerialised Securities System) by the proposed Record Date.

The proposed Date for the Payment of Dividend is Wednesday, 24/07/2024. The exact date will be announced.
