INDICATIVE RESULTS OF THE GROUP For the year ended 31 December 2015

Having examined the preliminary unaudited results for the full financial year ended 31 December 2015, the Board of Directors of K. Kythreotis Holdings Public Limited has prepared and submits the Indicative Results for the aforesaid period.

Notes:

• 1. The Group's Indicative Results for the year ended 31 December 2015 have not been audited by the Group's external auditors, MGI Gregoriou & Co Ltd.
• 2. The consolidated unaudited financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards. The accounting principles adopted are the same as those applied to the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2014. The Indicative Results have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the Transparency Requirements (Securities Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Law 190(I) of 2007 and RAA 596/2005, as amended.

The Indicative Results and the Explanatory Statement will not be posted to the Company's shareholders, but will be published in Phileleftheros newspaper on 26 February 2016.
