Sub: Intimation of Resignation of Chief Executive Officer.

Ref: 1. Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A (7C) of Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"); and

Outcome of the Board meeting dated May 29, 2026 ("Outcome").

Pursuant to the above-referred SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh has resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company for personal reason vide his resignation letter dated May 29, 2026. The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. May 29, 2026, have noted and accepted his resignation, which has come into effect from the close of business hours on May 29, 2026. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh shall be relieved from the services of the Company in accordance with the terms of his contractual arrangement with the Company.

The information required, in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A (7C) of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure – I together with a copy of the accepted letter of resignation.

Dear Sir(s),

Due to personal reasons, I shall not be able to continue in my current assignment as CEO of Jyoti Structures Limited. Accordingly, I hereby submit my resignation from the services of the Company.

I shall serve the notice period of three months as per the terms of my employment. However, the same may be reduced by the Company, without any financial implication on either side.

I sincerely thank you for the trust, guidance, and support extended to me during my tenure. Leading Jyoti Structures Limited has been a deeply enriching experience, and I remain grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the organization's journey.
