Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into a Contract Agreement with National Transmission Network Service Provider (Private) Limited, in a joint venture with Fentons, for execution of the project as per details given below:

(b)	EPC Contractor	Jyoti Structures Limited India and Fentons Joint Venture
(c)	Location	Sri Lanka
(d)	Scope of Work	Lot B: Construction of 28km long, 220kV double circuit transmission line from Mannar GS to Mullikulam Collector Grid Substation Con. Ref. Nos. CEB/AGM/PR/2025/OCB MWPTP-B
(e)	Value	Rs. 67.96 Crores (based on an exchange rate of 1 USD = ₹95.14 and 1 LKR = ₹0.29)
(f)	Completion Period	18 months

None of the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order. Further, the said order would not fall within the purview of the related party transactions.
