Money realized byexerciseofoptions	Rs. 68,750/- (Sixty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Only).

Consequent to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 84,32,06,020/- comprising of 8,43,20,602 equity shares having face value of Rs.10/- each.
