Money realized by exercise of options	Rs. 43,750/- (Rupees Forty Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Only).

Consequent to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.85,04,90,320/- comprising of 8,50,49,032 equity shares having face value of Rs.10/- each.
