This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company in their meeting held on today i.e. May 14, 2021 has granted 52,000 options to the eligible employees under Just Dial Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2016 of the Company.

The details pertaining to aforesaid grant are as under:

Further, in order to retain talent, enhance motivation and reward contribution of eligible employees, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has modified/accelerated the existing vesting schedules of certain stock options from 4 years to 3 years, which was granted to eligible employees under Just Dial Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2016 and Just Dial Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019.
