1. Re-appointment of Ms. Anita Mani (DIN:02698418), as a Director, liable to retire by rotation.

2. Appointment of Mr. Abhishek Bansal (DIN: 08580059), Chief Financial Officer of the Company, as a Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Further, they have not been debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. Prior to Just Dial Limited, he has worked in Investment Banking with Credit Suisse as Equity Research Analyst covering multiple sectors.
