Subject: Resignation of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Sachin Jain, Company Secretary of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company. The Company has accepted his resignation and he ceases to be the Company Secretary w.e.f. close of working hours of August 13, 2019. Consequent to his resignation, Mr. Sachin Jain also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
His successor shall be appointed within due time and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s).
