Łukasz Brzózka

An experienced manager with over 25 years of experience in financial management and accounting in the energy sector. He specializes in developing financial strategies, consolidating financial statements, and supervising large organizational structures and investments. Certified auditor, team leader, and expert in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

He held key management and executive positions, including at the TAURON Group and companies in the energy and mining sectors, including the position of President of the Management Board of TAURON Wydobycie S.A. (currently Południowy Koncern Węglowy S.A.), Vice-President of the Management Board for Economic and Financial Matters at TAURON Wytwarzanie S.A., and Director of the Accounting and Tax Department at TAURON Polska Energia S.A. Member of supervisory boards of industrial and energy companies.

He is a graduate of the Kraków University of Economics, where he completed his master's degree in accounting. He deepened his expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) during postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed an MBA in General Management at the Business School of the Kraków University of Economics. He also developed his leadership and strategic skills through international management programs, including the Strategic Leadership Academy organized by the ICAN Institute in cooperation with Harvard Business Review Polska.

He systematically improved his skills through specialized training in controlling, financial analysis, project management, and modern financial reporting standards.
