["Company"] herebyreports that today Company received representation from the Minister ofState Assets to appoint as of 23 December 2025, pursuant to § 15 sec. 13of the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. Łukasz Brzózka and Mr.Łukasz Czopik to the JSW Supervisory Board for its 11th term of office.
