Asa supplement to Current Report No. 120/2025, the Management Board ofJastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW", "Company") hereby enclosesinformation about the education, qualifications and previous positions,together with a description of the professional career of Mr. ŁukaszCzopik appointed to the Company's Supervisory Board of the 11th term ofoffice.

Atthe same time, the JSW Management Board reports that, in accordance withthe submitted representations, Mr. Łukasz Czopik is not involved in anyactivities competitive to those he performs at JSW, he is not a partneror shareholder in any competing civil law company, partnership orcapital company, nor is he involved in any other competitive legalperson as amember of its governing body. In addition, Mr. Łukasz Czopikis not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to theprovisions of the National Court Register Act and in the NationalRegister of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018on the National Register of Indebted Persons.
