Asa supplement to Current Report No. 117/2025, the Management Board ofJastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"] hereby enclosesinformation about the education, qualifications and previous positions,together with a description of the professional career of Mr. AndrzejKarbownik appointed to the Company's Supervisory Board of the 11th termof office.

Atthe same time, the JSW Management Board reports that, in accordance withthe submitted representations,Mr. Andrzej Karbownik is not involved in any activities competitive tothose he performsat JSW, he is not a partner or shareholder in any competing civil lawcompany, partnership or capital company, nor is he involved in any othercompetitive legal person as a memberof its governing body. In addition, Mr. Andrzej Karbownik is not enteredin the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions ofthe National Court Register Act and in the National Register of IndebtedPersons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on the NationalRegister of Indebted Persons.
