Jerónimo Martins informs on the update of the financial calendar for 2020

Jerónimo Martins SGPS, S.A. informs that, in the context of the extension of the State of Emergency in Portugal and of the reinforcement of the confinement measures due to the evolution of COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors decided to postpone from the 22nd of April to the 13th of May the disclosure of its 1st Quarter results.

The decision of the Board of Directors considers the necessary time for the responsible teams in the different countries to properly prepare the disclosure, taking into account that the majority of them are working from home, and aims at allowing more visibility on the impacts of the current context on the businesses' evolution.

Hence the financial calendar for 2020 is now the following:

• AGM: till 30 June 2020 (exact date to be defined in due time), as per the cancellation communication (https://web3.cmvm.pt/sdi/emitentes/docs/CONV75110.pdf) published today
• Q1 2020 Results: 13 May 2020 (after market closing)
• H1 2020 results: 29 July 2020 (after market closing)
• 9M 2020 Results: 28 October 2020 (after market closing)
