Pursuant to the terms and provisions of no. 3 of article 29-Q of the Portuguese Securities Code and of no. 1 of article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 16 April 2014, Jerónimo Martins, SGPS, S.A. informs that the Board of Directors elected for the period 2022-2024 decided, at the Board Meeting held today, to re-appoint Pedro Soares dos Santos as Group's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the period 2022-2024.
