Jameson Resources Limited (ASX: JAL) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Jameson Resources Limited (‘JAL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of JAL, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 24 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Jameson Resources Limited | Request for Trading Halt

Jameson Resources Limited ( Company ) (ASX: JAL) requests a trading halt to be placed on its securities immediately.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

1. The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to a Placement and Share Purchase Plan;

2. The Company requests that its securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market of the capital raising or the commencement of trade on Wednesday 24 November 2021; and

3. The Company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted or of any information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
