Jameson Resources Limited (ASX: JAL) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Jameson Resources Limited (‘JAL’) will be halted at the request of JAL, pending the release of an announcement by JAL.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 13 April 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

JAL’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Jameson Resources Limited | Request for Trading Halt

Jameson Resources Limited ( Company ) (ASX: JAL) requests a trading halt to be placed on its securities immediately.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

1. The trading halt is requested pending announcement of a proposed issue of equity securities via a two (2) tranche placement;

2. The Company requests that its securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market referred to in item 1 above, or the commencement of trade on Monday 13 April 2026; and

3. The Company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted or of any information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
