Cleansing Notice under section 798A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Jameson Resources Limited (ASX: JAL) ( Company ) has today issued 39,285,715 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ( New Shares ) to sophisticated and professional investors under Tranche 1 of its Placement to existing investors as advised on 24 November 2021, to raise approximately $2.75m.

The Company issued the New Shares without discourse under section 798A(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

3. As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

   • a. The provisions of chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company, and

   • b. Section 674 of the Corporations Act, and

4. As at the date of this notice, there is no ‘excluded information’ of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(B) of the Corporations Act.
