Voluntary Suspension Request
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Jameson Resources Limited (ASX: JAL) requests a voluntary suspension over the Companies securities pending the release of a material announcement regarding a capital raising to the market.
The voluntary suspension is requested from receipt of this request until the commencement of trading on Friday, 2 June 2017.
The Directors of Jameson are not aware of any reason why a voluntary suspension should not be granted.
