Jameson Resources Limited (ASX Code: JAL) Notification under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Jameson Resources Limited (“Jameson” or “the Company”) gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the "Corporations Act") that:

1. Jameson on 4 October 2016 issued 14,285,714 fully paid ordinary shares at a price of $0.07 per share, with an attaching free option on a 1 for 2 basis (7,142,857 options), via a placement to a qualifying institutional investor without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

2. As at the date of this notice:

   • a) Jameson has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Jameson;

   • b) Jameson has complied with section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

   • c) there is no "excluded information" within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.

An Appendix 3B will follow this notification.
