The Company advises that on 18 December 2009, the following securities will be released from escrow:

• 8,278,500 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares; and

• 3,500,000 Options exercisable at $0.20 on or before 30 November 2010.

The Company will apply to the ASX for quotation of the fully paid ordinary shares so released.
