Jameson Appoints Pennee Osmond as Company Secretary

Ms. Osmond is a CPA and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia with 15+ years’ experience in corporate accounting and company secretarial support for junior explorers listed on the ASX and TSX.V, and unlisted proprietary entities.

Her background has included involvement with IPO’s, RTOs, capital raisings, project acquisitions and statutory and regulatory reporting for various entities.

Significantly, Ms. Osmond has broad financial and corporate governance experience in both Canadian and Australian jurisdictions.

Jameson Resources Limited (ASX:JAL) is pleased to report Pennee Osmond has accepted appointment as Company Secretary.
Pennee has been the Corporate Accountant for Jameson since 2010 and is intimately familiar with the operation and history of the Company. She was raised in British Columbia, not far from the Crown Mountain project, and worked with Canadian junior explorers prior to moving to Perth several years ago.
Suzie Foreman served as Company Secretary to Jameson since its 2007 IPO. As the longest tenured member of the Jameson team, Ms. Foreman made significant and invaluable contributions to the success of Jameson Resources.
The management team welcomes Pennee Osmond to her new responsibilities and wishes Suzie Foreman the best in her new endeavors.
