Jameson Resources (“Jameson”, the “Company”) wishes to advise that in accordance with the ASX announcement made on 15 September 2016, Mr. Jeff Bennett resigned from the board following the appointment of Mr. Joel Nicholl’s by Jameson shareholders at yesterday’s annual general meeting.

The board would like to thank Mr Bennett for his service to the Company over the past 9 years. Jeff’s advice, direction, and contributions have been invaluable, and the management team greatly appreciates his dedication and input.

Mr Bennett’s Appendix 3Z follows this announcement.
