Pursuant to Article 133 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, JADRAN d.d., Crikvenica, Bana Jelačića 16, PIN: 56994999963 ("Issuer"), hereby informs you that the meeting of the Management Board and the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer were held on February 25, 2021, at which meetings the unaudited non-consolidated and consolidated financial statements of the Issuer for Q4 2020 were discussed and duly noted.
As previously announced, the unaudited financial statements will be published on February 26, 2021 at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA and HINA, and on the website of JADRAN d.d. Crikvenica.
