Re.: Notice of share transfer agreement execution
On 18 June 2019, JADRAN d.d., Bana Jelačića 16, Crikvenica, PIN: 56994999963 (the "Issuer"), entered into Agreement to Acquire Stolist d.o.o., Agatićeva 6, Rijeka, PIN: 20400393476. Pursuant to that Agreement, the Issuer acquired 100% of the shares in said company.
The main reason for acquiring Stolist d.o.o. is to allow us to operate the Kaštel Beach, for which said company is a party to a Maritime Domain Concession for the Commercial Exploitation of a Beach Agreement made for a term of 7 years, beginning as of 2019.
The Issuer intends to thereby expand and raise the quality of Hotel Kaštel's offerings.
