Subject: Delivery of a binding offer for the acquisition of CLUB ADRIATIC d.o.o. shares owned by the Republic of Croatia - NOTICE
We hereby notify that JADRAN d.d., a company with its registered office in Crikvenica, Bana Jelačića 16, entered in the Company Register of the Commercial Court in Rijeka under business registration number (MBS) 040000817, Croatian tax number (OIB): 56994999963, on 5 November, 2018 submitted to the Restructuring and Sale Center in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 6, its binding offer to acquire 3 shares in "CLUB ADRIATIC" d.o.o. in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in the bid documents to acquire shares in "CLUB ADRIATIC" d.o.o. Zagreb.
The sole proprietor and owner of all of the 3 shares that are the subject matter of acquisition is the Republic of Croatia.
