On June 18, 2018, the law firm Šavorić & Partners submitted a notice of receipt of the decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency and provided the text of the takeover bid for company JADRAN d.d., Bana Jelačića 16, Crikvenica pursuant to Article 27, paragraph 3 of the Law on the takeover of joint stock companies (Official Gazette No. 109/07,36/09,108/12,90/13,99/13,148/13).
