SUBJECT: Notification on transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities by the Issuer
Pursuant to Article 19. paragraph 3 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on Market Abuse, JADRAN d.d., Crikvenica (hereinafter: the Issuer), notifies on transaction conducted by person discharging managerial responsibilities by the Issuer.
Mrs. Vesna Grgurić-Pilić, Director of Controlling by the Issuer notifies on disposal of 4,000 shares of the Issuer on May 10, 2018, and 5.226 shares on June 27, 2018.
Shares were disposed at price of HRK 5.60 and HRK 5.70 per share.
The Issuer was notified on the above mentioned transactions on September 11, 2018.
