CORRECTION – JADRAN d.d. Crikvenica

Jadran d.d. Crikvenica is publishing a correction of the Notice of an Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, published in OG number 68/2019 on 17 July 2019, with the amendments to the section PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS, where under Item 7 instead of the text "Company's auditors for the year 2018" should be "Company's auditors for the year 2019", and in the section The General Meeting materials relevant to the passing of resolutions shall be available to shareholders for viewing at the Company's registered address, Legal Department, where instead of the text "as of 1 August 2018" should be the correct text "as of 1 August 2019", between 10 a.m. and noon.
