Ithmaar Holding B.S.C. would like to announce that the Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday 31 March 2026 at 1.00pm reviewed and approved the Offering Circular in relation to the Rights Issue. The Offering Circular remains subject to final approval of the Central Bank of Bahrain.
