Material Information	Further to our earlier announcements in relation to the above mentioned subject, we wish to announce that the Transaction between Ithmaar Holding's group of companies and Al Salam Bank completed on 7 July 2022 with the value of certain elements of the Transaction accruing from an effective date of 1 July 2022. As a result, Ithmaar Holding group of companies no longer holds any stake in BBK B.S.C. or Solidarity Group Holding B.S.C. 	transferred to Al Salam Bank as part of this Transaction.
