Reference is made to the announcement made by Ithmaar Holding B.S.C. on 26 January 2025, for the opening of the election for the Board of Directors membership for the period from 2025 to 2028, we would like to announce that Saturday, 8 February 2025 at 4:00 p.m. is the last day to receive the nominations. The election process will be carried out during the Annual General Assembly Meeting on 24 March 2025.
