Material Information	The Board of Directors of Ithmaar Holding would like to announce the resignation of its board member, Mr. Mohammed Bucheeri, due to health reasons. The resignation will be effective end of day 31 December 2023. The Board and Executive Management of Ithmaar Holding would like to convey its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Bucheeri for his dedication and contribution to the Group over his years of service.
