Material Information	The Board of Directors of Ithmaar Holding would like to announce the resignation of Mr. Abdulla Abdulaziz Taleb from his position as the Chief Executive Officer. His last working day shall be 14 April 2024. Mr. Taleb has also resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer from Ithmaar Holding’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Ithmaar Bank B.S.C. (Closed) and IB Capital B.S.C. (Closed) (together, “Ithmaar Group”).
