Announcement of change in the Board of Directors meeting to approve the Financial Results for period ended 31 March 2023

To: Bahrain Bourse; and : Dubai Financial Market

Ithmaar Holding B.S.C. (Ithmaar) would like to announce that its Board of Directors will review and approve the financial results for the period ended 31 March 2023 on Tuesday 6 June 2023 at 1:00pm instead of Sunday 14 May 2023 as announced earlier. This is due to certain initiatives by Ithmaar’s Board of Directors of Ithmaar to improve the equity position. These initiatives include injection of Tier 1 Capital which will be subject to legal, regulatory and shareholders’ approvals. Further details will be announced in due course.

Accordingly, Ithmaar Holding shares will remain suspended from 15 May 2023 till the date of publication of Financial Results.
